Chief Legal Officer + Corporate Vice President, ADP

David Kwon is the Chief Legal Officer for ADP, a Corporate Vice President and a member of the company’s Executive Committee. 

Before joining ADP, David was a litigation Partner at K&L Gates LLP.  Prior to joining K&L in 2001, David served as an Assistant District Attorney for the New York County District Attorney’s Office and a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York. 

David is a past President of the Asian Pacific American Lawyer’s Association of New Jersey (APALA-NJ).  David holds a J.D. from the Boston University School of Law, and a B.A. from Brown University, and is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and New York.
