Lauren Fasolo has been involved with New Jersey SEEDS since 2015 when she began as a volunteer in the Mentoring Program for College Scholars. Lauren mentored two New Jersey Seeds students and has continued to be an active volunteer. In 2018, Lauren created an internship program for the alumni of NJ Seeds with Johnson & Johnson. It was such a success that the internship doubled in size the following year. Helping NJ Seeds alumni develop professionally has been an incredibly rewarding experience. Lauren enjoys any opportunity that enables her to further interact with NJ Seeds students.
Lauren graduated with a BS from the University of Delaware and has a MS from Cornell/CUNY Industrial Labor Relations Program. She spent years as a Human Resources Professional. In addition she was an active volunteer in the Parents Association of Princeton Day School for 14 years and is currently a Co-Chair of the Parents Leadership Council at Tufts University.
