Victoria Lesourd is the Chief of Staff at SEEDS, where she works closely with the CEO and senior leadership to drive strategy, manage organizational operations, and ensure alignment across teams in support of SEEDS’ mission.

Prior to joining SEEDS, Victoria spent nearly a decade at Barnard College, where she served as Chief of Staff at the Athena Center for Leadership. In this role, she oversaw day-to-day operations and a $2.3 million budget, directly managed a team of five staff and a network of consultants, and served as a key advisor to the Center Director. She helped shape and implement strategic programs serving thousands of students and community members each year, including leadership development workshops and the Athena Film Festival. Victoria also led grant-funded initiatives, stewarded donor relationships, and represented the Center on high-level college-wide committees, including the President’s Council and the Operations and Management Group.

She has over ten years of experience in operations, development, and event management, working with organizations such as The Resolution Project, Room to Grow, Community Renewal Team, and the Wildlife Conservation Society. Victoria holds an MSc in Democracy and Comparative Politics from University College London and an MA in International Relations from the University of St. Andrews, where she graduated with honors. She is passionate about working with young people committed to social change and progress.
