The Office of Admissions hosts events throughout the year to help students and families learn more about SEEDS.

UPCOMING EVENTS:

Young Scholars Program, Scholars Program AND College Scholars Program Information Session: Learn more about SEEDS! Join us for an in-person information session to learn about ALL three programs, including eligibility requirements, the application process, program expectations, and the educational opportunities available through SEEDS. There will also be time to ask questions. The Young Scholars Program is for applicants who will be in 4th or 5th grade this fall. The Scholars Program is for applicants who will be in 7th grade in the fall. The College Scholars Program is for applicants who will be in 11th grade in the fall. 

Details: Saturday September 19th from 12-2pm at East Orange Public Library (21 South Arlington Avenue, East Orange, NJ). You must RSVP in order to attend: RSVP HERE

Scholars Program AND College Scholars Program Information Session: Learn more about SEEDS! Join us for an in-person information session to learn about the Scholars Program and College Scholars Program, including eligibility requirements, the application process, program expectations, and the educational opportunities available through SEEDS. Virtual SEEDS College Scholars Program Information Session. Join us for an overview of the College Scholars Program as we walk you through the 17-month program, go over admissions criteria, and answer your questions.

Details: Thursday October 1st from 6:00-7:00 P.M. You must RSVP in order to attend. RSVP HERE

Ask a SEEDS Scholar
Curious about the SEEDS College Scholars Program? Join us for a live virtual Q&A with a current SEEDS College Scholar and hear firsthand about their experiences. Learn what the application process is like, how they prepared, what life in the program is really like, and the impact SEEDS has had on their academic journey. Attendees will also have the opportunity to ask questions during the event. Whether you’re considering applying or just want to learn more, this is a great chance to hear directly from the students who have been through the process.
