Held annually, the Leading Change Benefit is SEEDS’ premier fundraising event, bringing together supporters, alumni, families, and community leaders to celebrate the transformative power of education. This signature evening highlights the extraordinary achievements of SEEDS scholars and alumni while showcasing the organization’s continued commitment to expanding educational access and opportunity.
The Leading Change Benefit returns Tuesday, April 14, 2026, to the Park Savoy Estate in Florham Park, NJ. The evening will feature a cocktail reception alongside a strolling-style dinner and silent auction, student and parent stories, honoree recognition, and our special scholarship paddle raise.
We are proud to announce our 2026 Honorees as Pamela Amusa, SEEDS ’02, Associate General Counsel at Navy Federal Credit Union and Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University and David Farber, Managing Director and Senior Partner with Liberty Wealth Partners, part of Rockefeller Global Family Office.
Your support of the Leading Change Benefit not only sustains our programs but also affirms the belief that education is a powerful vehicle for equity and empowerment. Together, we can continue to create opportunities, foster success, and inspire future generations of leaders.
2026 Leading Change Honorees

Pamela graduated from SEEDS in 2002 and later attended Lawrence Academy in Groton, MA, where she now serves as a Trustee. That foundation propelled her to Georgetown University, the University of Oxford for her M.Sc., and Harvard Law School for her J.D.–a testament to opportunity meeting determination.
Today, Pamela is an Associate General Counsel at Navy Federal Credit Union, advising on AML, Bank Secrecy Act, and economic sanctions matters. Previously, she practiced at Skadden Arps in Washinton, D.C., counseling global financial institutions on complex regulatory and cross-border M&A issues. She is admitted to practice in D.C., New York, and Virginia, and also serves as an adjunct professor at Georgetown University. Pamela lives in Washington, D.C. with her three young children, who keep her active and endlessly curious about life and the mysteries of the ocean.
David is a Managing Director and Senior Partner with Liberty Wealth Partners, a leading wealth management team within Rockefeller Global Family Office. David brings more than 20 years of wealth management experience to his clients, providing comprehensive, multi-generational financial guidance informed by both professional expertise and personal experience as a former entrepreneur. Prior to wealth management, David spent two decades starting, growing, and selling entrepreneurial businesses across multiple industries.
David began his career as a certified public accountant at Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co. (now KPMG). His involvement with SEEDS spans more than three decades, including 18 years as a Trustee and 12 years as Treasurer, reflecting a deep commitment and helping shape SEEDS into what it is today.
