Crystal Alexis Belle currently holds the position of Programs Officer at SEEDS. Originally from Far Rockaway, Queens, New York, Crystal is a first-generation Guyanese American. She earned her Bachelor of Social Work (B.S.W) degree from Skidmore College, where she also served as an Area Coordinator in Residential Life.

During her undergraduate studies, Crystal found resonance with the values and ethics of the NASW (National Association of Social Workers), igniting her passion for advocacy, empowerment, and guidance for individuals in need. Her post-graduate experience in Finland, Europe, expanded her interests in social work research, education, community development, and the provision of accessible resources for marginalized communities.

Crystal is deeply committed to teamwork and collaboration, emphasizing the importance of self-care and compassion. Beyond her professional endeavors, she enjoys exploring culinary delights and cherishes her role as a caregiver to her two feline companions.
