Jakub is a Development Officer at SEEDS, where he manages the foundation and corporate relations portfolio. Prior to joining SEEDS, he spent five years working in the criminal justice sector, with experience spanning both operational delivery and policy roles at the Ministry of Justice in London. He also brings international experience from his work with nonprofit organizations in the UK, Kenya, and Thailand.

Jakub holds a BSc from the University of Sheffield and an MSc from Leeds Trinity University.
