Executive Vice President Corporate Development, Allied Beverage Group
Jon Maslin serves as Executive Vice President of Corporate Development at Allied Beverage Group (ABG), a role he has held since 2017. Since joining the company, Jon has played a key role in shaping ABG’s strategic direction in collaboration with the company’s CEO. His responsibilities span compliance, legislative affairs, new product innovation, business development, learning and development, and oversight of ABG’s import operations.
Previously, Jon held the role of Senior Vice President, contributing across multiple business areas, including sales, marketing, operations, finance, HR, and training—demonstrating his versatility and broad organizational leadership.
From 2005 to 2017, Jon was President & CEO of Breakthru Beverage New Jersey (formerly R&R Marketing) where he successfully led all functions—sales, operations, finance, and HR—across two facilities in New Jersey. He originally joined R&R Marketing as a Sales Manager in 2001, rising to Executive Vice President in 2004 before taking the helm as CEO.
Earlier in his career, Jon served as President & CEO of Geometry Real Estate (1994–2001), managing three successful investment funds focused on real estate. From 1987 to 1994, he was Vice President and General Counsel at Feldman Equites, a real estate development and management firm. Jon began his career in law as an attorney at Hinkley, Allen, and Snyder (1983–1987).
In addition to his corporate leadership, Jon has been deeply engaged in industry and nonprofit governance. He is a former Board Member of the Wine and Spirit Wholesalers of America (WSWA) where he held key leadership roles, including Chairman of the Communications and Public Relations Committee (2013–2015) and Chairman of the Conventions and Meetings Committee (2015–2016).
Jon has shown strong commitment to nonprofit service. He served on the Board and Executive Committee of Bridges Outreach, a nonprofit dedicated to ending homelessness, from 2011 to 2022. He was also a Board Member of Northland Residential Development Corporation Board from 1996 to 2014. Jon has been a SEEDS Trustee since 2024.
Jon is a graduate of Emory University and received his law degree from American University School of Law. He resides in Summit, New Jersey with his family.
