With spring around the corner, it’s time to begin your college search! One way to get started is to sign up for the spring college tour with Guidance from March 14 – 18 There’s still time to register, but spots are filling up quickly, so be sure to sign up today!
Can’t attend? Don’t worry, there are lots of other opportunities for you to explore during the spring. In March and April, many colleges offer “open houses” for juniors with class visits, admissions presentations, and tours of campus.
Here are few to get you started:
- Drew University
- Gettysburg College
- Hobart and William Smith Colleges
- Lafayette College
- Skidmore College
This is just a short list, so you should be doing some of your own research as well. If you are starting to think about a certain school, reach out to their admission office and find out if they offer a junior visit day. Also, stay tuned for Guidance’s upcoming manual with “fly-in” opportunities that you can take advantage of as rising seniors. These opportunities will allow you to apply to visit certain colleges for a night or a weekend, and many of them offer financial assistance to help get you there! (Learn more about how to be a part of a fly-in weekend.)
