Tad is a Senior Advisor, Executive Coach, and Managing Director and Senior Partner Emeritus of the Boston Consulting Group. Over the course of nearly three decades with the firm, he worked with clients on non-financial risk and compliance topics, including target operating models, risk management culture, organizational design, and crisis management and remediation. Now he focuses on executive coaching and as an advisor to senior leaders on some of today’s most salient risk issues including responsible use of AI, incorporating geopolitical risk into operational management, cyber security and more.
Additionally, for more than 10 years, Tad served as BCG’s Chief Risk Officer (CRO), building structures, processes, and teams to enhance the organization’s focus on risk and compliance management as the firm and world grew more complex. During this time, Tad was a member of the World Economic Forum’s CRO community and World 50.
Tad is a graduate of the Groton School in Groton, Massachusetts. He holds a BA in Economics from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
Tad lives with his family in Montclair, NJ, and enjoys photography, his three dogs, Boston sports teams, and golf.
